Thank You!!! There are so many people to thank for helping us have a successful season. First off we want to thank all of our officers whose extra work and time kept the club afloat once again. Thank Jean, Kevin, Andrea and Carol! Next a big thank you to all of our members and volunteers whose extra time setting up, running and tearing down the races made our season possible. Thanks to Rich Mulvey for doing trophies for the Kid's Race. Thank you to Michael Skatges and Julie Marsh for taking pictures. Thank you to all of our sponsors for giving us the means to continue. And finally thank you to all of our participants and supporters, we had fun and hope you did too. We hope to have everyone back next season. THANKS!
April Meeting The April Meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, April 20th at 10 am. We'll be meeting at the Brunswick Bowling Alley around I-70 & Kipling this time around. We won't be doing a potluck, but food and drink are available to purchase (the first round is on the club). Bowling lanes have been reserved for the kids during the meeting and the adults after the meeting. Please keep in mind that everyone is welcome to attend, but only 2008 members are allowed to vote. If you have ideas or suggestions about anything ice racing, this is the meeting to bring them too. We'll change officers, committee leaders, rules, SOGs/Bylaws and set the groundwork for 2009. Members please remember to bring copies of the CURRENT rule book, bylaws, SOGs and your committee folders/CDs if you have them.
Kid's Race Pictures There was a camera malfunction during the Kid's Race and some of the pictures taken came out blurry and dark. If your child participated, but their picture didn't make it into the slideshow, you can e-mail a photo to Our_Gang_4_Wheelers@yahoo.com and we'll get it added.

Our Gang 4 Wheelers is an ice racing club whose volunteers have been organizing ice races in Colorado for almost 33 years! You'll find us out on Georgetown Lake in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Our season spans 6 weekends in January and February.
Our 2008 season is now over, but we hope you'll join us in 2009! You can participate with a 4WD or AWD vehicle, a valid Driver's License and a small registration fee. We have classes for all levels of drivers. Racing is fun, safe and a great way to enjoy your 4x4 during the winter months. If you'd rather come and watch, remember that spectators are always FREE! Our racing is unique and our one-of-a-kind style is not to be missed. Either way, our site is filled with information, so check us out! |
